Trip With Tiff, LLC is seeking Summer Interns for 2022. Our internships are an exciting introduction to international travel, hospitality and resort operations geared towards ambitious interns who desire to immerse themselves in local cultures and continue to grow as educated, compassionate global citizens.

All chosen interns will travel the Trip With Tiff team members to the selected destination with funded travel room and board. Trip With Tiff offers strategic and unique local, national and global travel management solutions for our clients based on their business needs and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Some social media and/or digital marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• General Knowledge or willingness to learn various social media and graphic design platforms/software
• General Knowledge of leading social media tools
• General Knowledge or willingness to learn how to manage Email marketing campaigns
• General Knowledge of creating user-generated content
• General Knowledge or willingness to learn SEO/SEM
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong interest in Social Media & Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of how to attract a larger audience
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Google suite
• Adhere to health and safety requirements including COVID-19 guidelines and vaccinations
• Physically fit for international travel and ability to acquire a US passport

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Spanish speaking a plus
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Beginner knowledge or familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite programs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Write and design compelling social media content for travel and tourism clients 
2. Assist with creating a travel experience to inspire our customers to use Trip With Tiff for all of their international and local travel. 
3. Aware of the latest digital media strategies and best practices in the social media / marketing world.
4. Increase interaction and followers on our social channels
5. Engage with our social audience is a fun, exciting, and professional way
6. Assist with managing various media channels for our organization - Facebook, Instagram, TikToc, etc
7. Assist with establish promotional collaborations with travel influencers

As a Trip With Tif Intern, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive leadership and professional development program focusing on tourism, international travel, event planning, digital/social media marketing. Each internship offers hands-on experience at one of our beautiful resorts, developing essential operations and leadership skills.

• Working knowledge of social media management tools: Hootsuite, WordPress, Sendible, eClincher, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. and Canva
• Strong interest in Film and/or Digital Media creation
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Google suite
• Adhere to health and safety requirements including COVID-19 guidelines and vaccinations
• Physically fit for international travel and ability to acquire a US passport

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Has the ability to show experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Social Media Content Marketing
• Video editing
• Marketing Strategy
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create posts, promote social media profiles, and vlog about Trip With Tiff travel experiences, and various campaigns using social media platforms.
2. Filming, video editing, and digital media talents experience is a must.
3. Use open-source content management software.
4. Must be creative and have an insight into the latest social media trends.
5. Team player who shares our energy and enthusiasm for documenting exciting travel experiences.
6. Collaborate with all departments to seek out trends and advertise opportunities and solutions, to help accomplish marketing goals.
7. Must be obsessed with details and have an understanding of social media strategies, processes, and standard methods to drive the right people to participate and contribute to our various campaigns.
8. Actively participate in guest events and excursions to film viable content

• Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a physical or remote environment
• Excited about creating a warm family atmosphere for guests while maintaining high standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite Adhere to health and safety requirements including COVID-19 guidelines and vaccinations
• Physically fit for international travel and ability to acquire a US passport

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work directly with guests at the resort to ensure an efficient and exciting travel experience. 
2. Coordinate and actively participate in all planned activities and excursions
3. Manage travel and guest services, troubleshooting, and problem solving
4. Working with our Operations Director to assist in and not limited to:
   1. Advising and new client setup 
   2. Following up with vendors to ask questions on client’s behalf
   3. Researching preferred vendors 
   4. Enter data in our digital client records
   5. Support health and safety requirements for travel in compliance with company COVID-19 requirements
   6. Preparation and distribution of group travel welcome packets
   7. Support general travel management and operations through mentor-ship and observations with the management team
